The Emotional Solar Plexus (ESP) is where we find the source of the emotional waves for those who have a defined ESP.

The three awareness centers (Ajna, Spleen, and ESP), also have specific fears associated with them.

The Gate 36 - The Darkening of the Light - The Gate of Crisis

This gate is about growth through emotionally intense experiences. It has a thrill-seeking quality to it. It’s always looking for something that will make it feel something deeply and push them to grow. It can be intense and challenging and even overwhelming for other people. When you learn to surrender to the process and not try to control it, you find clarity.

Gate 36 - Emotional Nervousness about Inadequacy.

The Fear of the Gate 36 is despite longing for an experience, once you receive it, that you will not have the skills to handle having that experience. This fear can stop you from surrendering to the experience and learning what happens. Follow your Strategy and Authority to know if this experience is right for you, right now.

Remember that all emotional waves are just chemistry and that you do not need to find a reason for the way you feel. Observe it, experience it, but do not attach your identity to it.
