Line 1 - The Investigator

The first line is foundational and is about getting to the bottom of things and figuring out how they work. People with a first-line in their profile are always seeking knowledge to build a strong foundation. 

First-line people consistently seek knowledge, studying, and learning, whether academically or just in life. The more they know, the more secure they feel, and they often become authorities in whatever really interests them. They may seek authority figures to provide reliable information, whether through formal education or a well-educated and revered mentor. 

These people are here to lay the foundation in life for the safety and security of us all - and we thank them for their dedication to knowing enough to keep us safe. Have you ever traveled with someone who has to research where they're going, what there is to do there, and plans to have the appropriate snacks, shoes, attire, and other items needed to have a good time? They probably had the first line in their profile. First-line profiles are informed and need to feel secure in their knowledge. 

Though this profile is always learning and investigating, they can have insecurities around feeling like they don't know enough and not want to share what they know–unless they feel confident in the subject.  

If you have the first line in your profile

Becoming a master of anything can take time, and while you should follow your passions and learn, make sure not to let the fear of not knowing enough stop you from using and sharing what you know with others.

Use your Strategy and Authority to navigate what to learn and not get stuck in the quest to always know more before starting. 

Note to line 1 entrepreneurs - You know more than you think you do. Start when your Strategy and Authority say "yes."

Children with a first-line

These children feel more secure with more knowledge. They may surround themselves with books and love trips to the library for more information or spend hours researching online. They may ask you lots of questions as more information helps them to feel secure.
