The Nine Resiliency Keys illustrate the core elements of the entire Human Design chart. When we look at the chart through the lens of these nine elements, we can narrow in on areas to decondition from limiting the beliefs holding us back from living out the full expression of who we came here to be. 

Using these nine resiliency keys combined with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and your unique human design chart, allows us to go deeper into the areas where you may hold conditioning that keeps you from living the life you desire. 

Human Design Life Coaching combined with The Quantum Alignment System allows you to make progress much quicker than just a single or few Human Design sessions. 

The Nine Resiliency Keys are:

Lovability - To feel inherently and unconditionally lovable. To be able to give and receive love easily.

Empowerment - To be able to express your personal power in healthy ways, have a connection to infinite power, and to empower others. 

Courage - To move through challenges gracefully and trust your Strategy and Authority.

Decisiveness - To make good and aligned choices and to follow through with them.

Emotional Wisdom - To manage your emotional energy well. You understand your emotional โ€œwaveโ€ and how you respond to the emotional energy of others. Or, if you donโ€™t have an emotional wave, you understand how to take in the emotional energy of others and let it pass through you while recognizing its wisdom and know that you are not the source of this emotional wave. 

Self-Trust - To be comfortable with your inner knowing and relying on it. You feel capable and dependable (trustworthy).

Vitality - To be able to manage your energy well. You have balanced energy and productivity with plenty of reserves.

Authenticity - To be able to fully express yourself in healthy ways, creating a life you love. 

Self-Worth - To have core-deep self-confidence and worthiness and practice healthy self-care.
