The Undefined Sacral Center
Approximately 30% of the population has an undefined sacral center.
Living in a world made up of mostly sacral defined beings, the pressure to work and do is strong.
You are NOT designed to work in that way. Your energy source is not as consistent or strong as someone with a sacral definition. This is not to say you need to sit around on the couch bingeing Netflix all day, however you will need more time to recover from the work you do.
Finding work that aligns with your energy type is really important (this is not always available or may take time to make adjustments, or find ways to recover).
The conditioned self can show up in not knowing when enough is enough and trying to keep pressing on. Learn to listen to your body and when it says REST.
