Episode 7 - Introduction to Inner Authority + Emotional Authority

Transcript

So something practical here is to consider when was the last time, or when was a time that you made a decision that felt like it was so aligned and it was so right for you? You know, maybe sit with that decision, reflect on it, and think about what was the process that you went through to know that that was the right decision for you.

Something that you spent some time thinking about and it turned out to be a really great thing like, What was that process like for you? What were the highs and the lows as you went through that decision making process? How long did it take you? and what did you feel in that process? And then compare that or contrast it to a time when you jumped in and said yes to a decision or said no to a decision, that you later regretted and you wished that you had spent more time, you know, contemplating it and considering it.

And, you know, look at what is the difference between those two processes that you went through and. What would you do differently or what would you take away from that as far as like your decision making process and how that inner authority shows up for you? Okay, so, I would recommend journaling about this or, you know, just spending some time reflecting on it and pay attention to your emotional waves.

So you may have a tribal wave, which kind of ratchets up as things become more and more annoying until it explodes. You may have an individual wave, which is kind of cool, calm, and collected with sudden spikes up where you feel really high and want to commit to everything. 'cause everything feels great and and happy.

And then you have sudden spikes really low where you wanna say no to everything and nothing sounds good and you just wanna be left alone. Or you may have a collective wave, which is one that is built on. It's built slowly on expectations. So over time it kind of builds and builds and builds. Hoping or expecting that things will become, a certain wave or that something will happen.

And if it doesn't, when that disappointment comes, that wave crashes down into the lows. So each of these waves have different patterns and they have different timeframes. And for each person it will be different of how long it takes to move through that wave. So the tribal waves are channels, 1949, channel 37 40, and channel 59 6.

The individual waves are channels 39 55 and 2212, and the collective waves are channels 41 30 and 36, 35. So go grab your chart and take a look and see which channels you have, pay attention to how they operate, how long you notice that it takes for you to move through them. And we're gonna spend some more time talking about these emotional waves, tracking them and what that looks like in future episodes.

Okay. I'll be back in the next episode where we'll talk more about the next most popular, inner authority, which is the sacral authority of generators and manifesting generators.
